1. METER RATES - This schedule is applicable to all metered residential, commercial, industrial, and public customerss.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARGE - A service charge will be added to all bills. This charge covers all cost to administer the collections of all bills including meter reading, meter maintenance, and billing. The service charge is based on the size of the water meter.

All bills are due and payable at the end of each billing quarter. If the bill is not paid within thirty(30) days of the date rendered, a penalty of five percent (5%) will be added. All accounts not paid after thirty (30) days of the date rendered, may be turned off and will not be turned on until all arrearages and penalties are paid, plus the additional amount of seventy ($70.00) dollars. The additional costs are $20.00 for posting, $25.00 for shut-off, and $25.00 to turn water back on.

4. PRIVATE FIRE PROTECTION RATES

Private Fire Hydrant	$   610.00 per annum

No charges shall be made for water used to extinguish accidental fires.
Water for any other purpose shall not be drawn from a private fire service connection.
