SEWER RATES  for Millcreek Township customers are set by the Millcreek Township Supervisors. The billing is done by the Sewer Revenue Department and revenues are used for the operation, maintenance, and debt service of the sewer utility. Due to the improvements to the Erie Waste Treatment plant, the increase in treatment, transportation, and other costs, the rates will increase by $4.00 per EDU to $84.00 per quarter.

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS - Billing is based on a flat rate of $84.00 per 1 EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit) each quarter of the year.

 

 

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS – Billing is based on actual metered water usage. Billing is based on $84.00 per EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit) using 17,500 gallons per quarter for each EDU.  

 

 

All bills are due and payable at the end of each billing quarter. If the bill is not paid within thirty (30) days of the date rendered, a penalty of five percent (5%) will be added. All accounts not paid after thirty (30) days of the date rendered, may have their service terminated and will not be turned on until all arrearages and penalties are paid, plus the additional amount of fifty ($50.00) dollars.
